Great food and friendly service! The mushroom starter was delicious! Super garlicy, great to dip the bread in the garlic butter sauce afterwards for an a amazing garlic bread. The steak with morels was cooked perfectly. The linguini with aioli and clams was also really good, but shame that there was quite a bit of sand and broken shells from the clams which made it a bit unpleasant to eat. The flavour was amazing though. The lavender creme brûlée was a generous serving and a nice way to finish our lunch here. Service was really friendly and attentive.

A restaurant by the lake. The services were good and staff were very attentive. The beef steaks were cooked to our likings. Tasty and flavorful. Particularly love the sweet potato fries. Crisp on the outside and tender inside. The chocolate mousse was airy and fluffy. Very delicious. Well done.

A romantic place for dinner with a sunset view right next to you! The service and the staff are very efficient and professional. I took one star away for the menu, as I wanted to try something more special than traditional food like many other restaurants in town.

My girlfriend and I were camping around the lake and would find small towns and villages for dinner and dessert. Bauduen was one of our favorite small villages, and Cafe Midi was definitely our top dining experience. Over a week’s time, we returned 3 times dinner or dessert. Staff is friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is unmatched as it rests up the hill in village and overlooks the lake as well as the village’s Jeux du Bol (I think that’s how you spell it) park. Very romantic, relaxed, and charming.

Unpleasant staff. Can not even buy cigarettes with a credit card. I totally not recommend this cafe/restaurant.

Lovely restaurant overlooking the lake, nice staff and the food was pretty good however i don't know many people who like eating their meal 5 minutes after placing the order especially whilst sipping an aperitif which had literally just been served. I mentioned this comment to the manager who said that was how it was.. 🤔 …
